As a singer in the RWC choirs and a diehard England supporter, I was delighted to receive an email tonight from the NZ Choral Federation offering me a FREE ticket for the England v France quarter-final match at 8:30 PM in Auckland, on Saturday. I was also previously asked, and accepted, to sing at the Ireland v Wales match at 6:00 PM on Saturday. In Wellington. About 500 km away. The word "bugger!" doesn't come close...
