There is nothing in the post that questions the evidence used to convict, or that even suggests that this person is not guilty as charged. I wonder why? What percentage of the black on black murders in North Carolina are second degree murder or manslaughter (not capital crimes). What percentage of black on white murders occur during the comission of a felony (armed robbery, home invasions, car-jacking and so forth)? In most states a murder committed in the course of a felony act is regarded as 1st degree, and hence subject to the death penalty.
