You need to rearrange your morning schedule so as to regularly give you plenty of uninterrupted time in the bathroom. That will mean getting up earlier.

Then, increase your fiber. This doesn't mean eating sawdust cereal; there are a lot of tasty ways to do it. Beans, whole grains, fresh fruit except bananas. I recommend barley, cooked as a cereal or in a soup, as well as bulgur wheat, cooked and eaten as a side dish or as an ingredient in a cold salad. Dried fruit is great too. Then... stay near a bathroom! A couple of helpings of barley will clean you out, and fast.
