In Britain - or at least England - I believe that's it's against the law to engage he sexual activity if one is under 16 years of age. This interests me because to break a law, one must be made aware of that law. Now, are school kids - at school - told about this? It's routine for kids to be told not to hit other children, or steal, or bully etc. But are kids told that it's wrong - i.e. against the law - to indulged in under 16 sex?
