The Israeli soldiers accounts describe systematic abuse not isolated incidents. Hamas have only been in power since 2006 - the 'war' has been going on much longer than that - sop they can't have started it. Besides, Miko Peled and many other Israeli Jews like him, in addition to many non Israeli Jews, seem quite sure that it was their country that is the aggressor and the conqueror. Arab testimony is of course unreliable, as we all know, and therefore inadmissable, since they are, according to Netanhyahu, an inferior culture.
