If that is what you are expecting to get, I can't see why early booking, late booking, or indeed booking at all, would be of any interest to you. It's certainly not what I got at Moira 2012 and I also was welcomed at four Leicestershire folk clubs as well, during the week I stayed in the locality. Incidentally, I booked in March for that one.
