What would you do with a burglar? Keep him in till he dies? If you start from the premise that no prisoner can rehabilitate, you set people up to fail. I can't believe the stupidity of some here.

As there are no category D prisons in Northern Ireland, many Scottish, Welsh and English category D prisons take suitable offenders from the NI prison service, although this is possibly ending soon as NI debate the costing of a new category D service.

The NI prison service claim there is no overcrowding after the Good Friday releases.
