According to AllMusic.com, the spelling is: MAZUKA on "Queen Ida & the Bon Temps Zydeco Band: On Tour" (1982) and on Aly Bain's album: "Aly Meets the Cajuns" (1994); LE MAZUKA on "Play the Zydeco" (1990); and MAZURKA on "Uptown Zydeco" (1982) and "Zydeco Dance Party" (1993).
Given the discrepancy on published albums, I think it is reasonable to have both spellings in the thread title.
