The only watch I ever wear is a Casio with a traditional round face with proper numbers. It has a stainless steel back and a rather handsome black plastic strap. The only metal that touches your skin is that stainless steel back. I'm allergic to other metals used in watches and their straps. It keeps perfect time for four to five years until the battery goes. You can replace the battery, but it costs over half the price of a new watch and renders the watch not as waterproof. I bought two of these watches last month for eleven quid including postage from eBay. It's a Casio MQ24-7BLL. The face is small enough for a woman and big enough for a man.   I've been using them for many years. I regard them as a bit of a classic.
