... but the Icelanders were just wonderful defenders, and also lucky. They can also kick straight when they're trying to score. They've only had about ten goal attempts so far, and scored about 5 or 6. England on the other hand are hopelessly blunt in attack, whilst dodgy in defence (not to mention useless at penalty shoot-outs). It was never obvious how they were going to progress through the knockout stage.
