Hello! My name is Joe! I've got a house two kids and one spouse! and i work (where do you work?) In a button factory. one day my boss came up to me he said hey Joe are you busy i said no... he said push that button with your right elbow... Start over each time doing the previous movement then it cont. left elbow right knee bone left knee bone side hip bone head bone tongue bone... then you finish ...hey Joe are you busy i said yess!
