I think they sound like a very good idea and I would be pretty sure they are as regulated as any medical facility, but check out their reviews etc. it would be nice to have a smaller facility, good parking, specialists in that area, all the supplies etc. right there...hopefully they are stringent about sanitation, with MRSA and flesh eating bacteria etc. but it would be easier to clean a smaller facility than a whole hospital...
