Joe Offer BS: Palm Sunday Greeting (59* d) RE: BS: Palm Sunday Greeting 09 Apr 17

Many ethnic groups have an Easter greeting that goes like this:

a: He is risen, alleluia.
b: He is risen indeed, alleluia, alleluia.

Since I married a Polish Rhode Island woman and inherited a Polish Rhode Island mother-in-law, I'm used to hearing it in Polish.

Are there similar traditional ethnic greetings for Palm Sunday?

I"m sorry to hear of the bombing of Coptic churches in Egypt this morning. I visited a few Coptic churches when I was in Egypt. The people were so nice, and they were so proud of their religion and their traditions.
