His supposed comment is the only evidence you have for your whole case, and you do not even know who he or she is! Or anything about him, or her! Is he/she old enough to go to school yet? Have they ever visited this country? Do they have any English at all? If not, how are they informed about what goes on in Manchester? Do they have any serious mental issues? You do not know anything. You have no case Jim. You lose.
