Jim, You have just been given the fact that over 60% of the republic;w population would vote for a United Ireland You have been given the fact that numerous surveys show that not to be true. Steve and Rag, in recent months the Unionist parties have finally lost their majority vote. I have referred to the fact that it has been dwindling for years. There is still a majority in the North who want to stay in the Union, and a majority in the South who do not want the North in the Republic. My statement, "The people have spoken enough times on this. The majority do not want to be ruled from Dublin and would resist it." was entirely accurate and you were wrong to challenge it.
