I heard on face book that my old friend Gerry Milne passed on last Saturday. My thoughts are with his other friends and family. I met Gerry in the late eighties and he was a constant part of my folk journey. I used to go and watch him busk at Covent Garden and I booked him for Uxbridge FC. My strongest memories are Sidmouth Folk Festival wether in the Newt singing I live in Trafalgar square & Henry the Eighth or lunchtime sessions in the middle bar at the Anchor. I will miss you.
