I'm writing a piece about Haywire Mac. He was not only a songmaker ("Big Rock Candy Mountain" among others) but he was also a writer, and a particularly good one. He was a railroad switchman for many years, and wrote a number of stories, true or otherwise. I've managed to find five of them, in a magazine called RAILROAD MAGAZINE. In total I've identified 22 stories of his in RAILROAD MAGAZINE, but can't find a library or archive which has a full set. Are there any mudcat railroad buffs out there who can help me? Jon Bartlett
