Hi! We are involved in organising a festival in Walton-on-the-Naze in September 2024. It’s called Between the Tides Walton Art Festival. This is the link to our website waltonartsfestival.com . It’s not only a folk festival but follows in the footsteps of the past festivals held in Walton. We are planning an exhibition about the Walton folk festival and there will be local folk bands, shanty workshops and singers from local choirs during the weekend. This is our pilot year for the festival and we are just testing out ideas. We have been reading through all of these comments and are taking them all on board!
