The placename should be either Paróiste Baollach (no lenition, no "Bh") or Paróiste Baoilleach. There is a Paróiste (parish) Baoilleach in Carrigart, County Donegal. Further east in County Donegal there is a historic "barony" of Baollach or Baollaigh, also called Boylagh.
