53 sounds good, Bron; I'll be there this year. HRT -- I use because heart problems run in my family. It is NOT recommended if you have cancer in yours. and research, research, research before you take it -- if you have a doctor trying to ram it down your throat, change doctors. the heavy allergens where I live now are a much worse problem for my voice.
