Hi Takeo. Konbanwa. I'm so glad to see that your a fan of Paul Clayton's. I have been a devoted fan of his for over 20 years. In my mind, his versions of many songs are what i consider to be the definitive versions. OAs for others... well, he had his style. Unfortuately, when I asked the late Bernie Klay about Paul's whereabouts, Bernie replied "um, we sort of killed him." He was referring to the fact that Paul's life wasn't going very well, so one day he decided to take a bath with his toaster. A sad end for a fine artist... and another little gem of folklore. By the way, I would LOVE to learn some Japanese sea shanties, complete with melodies and translations. could you help me with that? Matthew
