Hickory Dickory Dock is in 2, but has 3 subdivisions per beat rather than two (compound meter rather than simple). You'd have to slow it WAAAAAYYYYY DOOOOOOWWWWWWN to turn it into 3. Incidentally, most English language nursery rhymes are in duple, compound meter, just like hickory. Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall Jack and Jill went up the hill to fetch a pail of wa-ter. By way of comparison, "Twinkle twinkle little star" is in simple meter.
