GUEST,The Dreaded Guest BS: Chemtrails (83* d) RE: BS: Chemtrails 24 Feb 03

The last session of congress (107th) mentioned chemtrails in legislation that never got passed. The section below is from last year's House Resolution 2977. This same bill has been re-submitted for this session, but 'chemtrails' has been deleted. See...congress admitted chemtrails existed last year, but then they realized the public was so freaking scared of even ACKNOWLEDGING that their leaders were spraying them that they (the congress) didn't have to address the problem after all. And if you can't even look over your heads at the crap sifting down onto you, wait 'til they unleash the psychotronic weapons. And people wonder how America will be conquered:

H.R.2977

(III) by expelling chemical or biological agents in the vicinity of a person.
(B) Such terms include exotic weapons systems such as--
(i) electronic, psychotronic, or information weapons;
(ii) chemtrails;
(iii) high altitude ultra low frequency weapons systems;
(iv) plasma, electromagnetic, sonic, or ultrasonic weapons;
(v) laser weapons systems;
(vi) strategic, theater, tactical, or extraterrestrial weapons; and
(vii) chemical, biological, environmental, climate, or tectonic weapons.

House Resolution 2977

And in case you still don't know what chemtrails look like, the URL below will show you. If you've seen things like this in the skies above YOU, then you're breathing poison:
