Feb 24 I sent the following e-mail to the meteorologist at WCCO-TV in Minneapolis (see post on this thread from that date). I sent the e-mail below:

Hello Mr. Douglas,

I was wondering if you followed up on the Feb 15 piece in which you said, "Recently our new radar technology at WCCO-TV and government NEXRAD radar have detected a baffling phenomenon: Skies were crystal clear, yet the radar screen was scribbled with 200-mile-long contrails..."

This is an intriguing story, and I'd appreciate any further information.

Thank you.

I just received this reply:

Thanks for your note....we're still baffled by the phenomena, but I have a strong hunch that it is related to defense department experimentations, possibly related to the upcoming crisis in Iraq. A number of other viewers have brought up "chem trails" as a possible explanation, and I would certainly not rule this out. As soon as we find out more definitive information we'll try and share it with everyone!

Best wishes, and thanks for watching.

This is the e-mail I received from him, EXACTLY as I received it. HE brought up chemtrails (I didn't mention it in the e-mail), and HE tied it to Iraq. ONE OF THE PRE-EMINENT METEOROLIGISTS IN MINNEAPOLIS IS QUESTIONING HIS GOVT IN PUBLIC! EXCELLENT!
