Being a music fan, then becoming an historian for the county I live in, Winston County, Alabama, I've found things very interesting. A person by the name of Wash Mann in our area played the banjo, and my great grandfather gave dances on Saturday nights. Wash would come and play; Wash also went to Nashville, Tennessee in the mid-1930's and made a record. Is it possible to find this? I'm sure it would take a deal of work to track down, but where would one start?
