It was the first folksong I sang in public - 1972 at a village hall north of Lincoln - musical break in an evening of Folk Dancing by Lincoln Folk Dance Club and Lincoln Morris Men - seems a long time ago. An ad hoc group of me, Kevin Ford, John Barter (sometime squire of Grimsby Morris) and a lass whose name I forget.

It's from "Davey Faa" (as sung by Hall & MacGregor - [sp?]), but Jean may sing it as "Johnny Faa."

And my other ones have been identified correctly.   The only ones not guessed yet are:
