Current career results in driving around unknown areas.

I need to be on the look out for road signs, town/village names or road numbers.

A lot of the time, i'll catch the roadsign at the very last moment before a junction - [or just too late] cos the sign's obscured by trees, bushes, other overgrowth.

What's the reason direction signs are obscured?

WW2's bin over 60+ years, so is there a cunning plot to confuse the rsidents [rather than the enemy] ??

Anyone else experiencing these probs?
