Right click on the link and this should bring up a menu with "Save Target As..." on it. Click that, give it a name if you wish, and save it to the folder of your choice.

It works most of the time.

There are many mp3s online that open and play in Windows Media Player when the link is clicked. How do I save these files to my computer?
