Subject: RE: piano – free to a good home From: Suegorgeous Date: 07 Apr 11 - 06:46 PM Yes, please do try Freeycle, I think you're more likely to get takers there. |
Subject: RE: piano – free to a good home From: Noreen Date: 07 Apr 11 - 05:34 PM Try your local freecycle/ freegle group, raymond, if you have no joy here. Transport over distance will be the main problem. Good luck- I hate to see instruments scrapped. |
Subject: piano – free to a good home From: raymond greenoaken Date: 07 Apr 11 - 05:23 PM our household upright piano is currently looking for a caring owner. Needs a bit of tuning, and unsticking a few keys, otherwise it's in robust health. We're based in Sheffield, and if anyone wants to come and collect it (this involves negotiating a short flight of steps) it's entirely free. If no takers, it will reluctantly go for scrap. |
