Subject: RE: BS: Microsoft accepts they send spam ? From: Mr Red Date: 21 Oct 17 - 08:27 AM Fakebook can't tell me because I deleted that e-mail address. Maybe the spammers know this, but how could I tell? FWIW Fakebook is so unimportant and so easy to open another account, who cares if I loose it. Nobody gets my mobile number. Either. Mobile & Fakebook are for keeping essential people in touch, not as a data portal for rich kids. |
Subject: RE: BS: Microsoft accepts they send spam ? From: Jos Date: 20 Oct 17 - 11:32 AM I quite often get emails telling me I have unread facebook messages that will be deleted if I don't read them very soon. As I haven't got a facebook account, they are fooling nobody. |

Subject: RE: BS: Microsoft accepts they send spam ? From: Joe Offer Date: 20 Oct 17 - 06:13 AM By the way, I got an email today that looked like an ordinary Facebook notification, telling me that a friend commented on a photo I posted. When I clicked to see what photo he was talking about, I was taken to a Facebook login page that had his name filled in and an open password box. Guess I'd better change my Facebook password. -Joe- |
Subject: RE: BS: Microsoft accepts they send spam ? From: Nigel Parsons Date: 20 Oct 17 - 05:49 AM I spent 6 months working for a UK ISP. The numbers of notifications that we sent out that went straight into Spam was annoying. Something to do with the business name "Virgin" |
