That match was the finest display of skill and composure I have ever witnessed in a sporting event.... and I have been an avid snooker fan for decades.

Jed Trump was simply awesome, in the true sense of the word. Higgins did nothing wrong, but he was up against superman.

I surmise Jed Trump will be the dominant force in world snooker for many years to come.

Got to be the best final....since the great days of Jimmy White.

Better in fact because Jimmy was pitted against cold war type warriors who consistently weny for safety shots.

Trump who has the cavalier style is matched against a great tactician, who nevertheless has great courage and really goes for the shot.
