Subject: RE: Eric the Viking in Hospital From: Eric the Viking Date: 25 Jan 02 - 01:31 PM Well, thank you all I am touched to have had,but missed, your support. I asked the doc for some musical talent, but as I was last in line, they'd run out-so it's back to 2 and a half chords for me. It was my picking hand, and my nose has been blocked for 2 weeks now! It's worse going to the loo left handed-aim not as good and toilet paper goes astray!(only joking) trying to do my flies up and the top button on my jeans was a problem-nothing changed there then! Gareth keep off my bloody sheep-but I'll know by smell if you got there! Cheers all Eric |

Subject: RE: Eric the Viking in Hospital From: Steve Parkes Date: 11 Jan 02 - 05:19 AM It occurs to me that wishing Eric "get well soon" is a bit, er ... tautological...? because if he's not using his pc, he won't be able to read any of this until he's better. Subject: RE: Eric the Viking in Hospital From: Skipjack K8 Date: 11 Jan 02 - 05:12 AM Never mind the carpel tunnel, we've got the Channel Tunnel to worry about next! Can we park in the Disabled bay at Stansted Airport? Can we stuff our instruments under your wheelchair? Will they let a Nordic Fundamentalist from Bradford onto the plane? Is it significant that this injury is from repetitive strain? Why does ETV look like Eric Trans Vestite? So many questions. Glad you have taken yourself in hand, and faced the consequences, my friend. Mend soon, and we'll play some before the Cafuffle in Brussels. Skipjack |
