Damn my failing memory. Rufus Crisp sang it and it's on a Folkways LP (not yet transferred to CD). I can pick it on the banjo, but words fail me,

As I dimly recall, the chorus was:

Shout, little Lulie, shout, shout
What in the world you shoutin' about

and the verses were the general banjo tune floaters.

I did find out it's a Ralph Stanley song, but couldn't find lyrics. All I found with "little Lulie" is this, and I don't think that is it.
