What ho chaps,
Any thoughts on the fact that there hasn't been major upheaval in Cuba since Castro stepped down - as predicted.
It's true that Bush hasn't got his act together and sent the marines in yet - but to be fair - Cuba hasn't got oil, so it's not a priority.
