My thoughts are with all those involved in this horrendous act.

Words cannot transmit my feelings.

We will respect a 2minute silence at our music club.

It was a great tragedy, and we are now learning that there were some heroic behavior from some of the victims. I hope their families find some comfort in that.

Sadness all over the world today.

Suicide attacks are always a tragedy. Some get more recognition than others.

The core issue, to me, is the never-mentioned makeup of the Korean student. What was he taught -- by life, parents, peers or wherever -- that would lead him to this psychotic explosion?

I will mention the same as you Black Hawk when we play at our coffee house Saturday night. Really little else to say that would help this anger inside.

Thank you, Jim, for this thread, sorely needed. Our poor old world is so sad, today. May we all give ourselves to the service of peace, that we may be its instruments and bring about a fulfilment of peace in our world, esp. for our children. At the moment, I'd be happy if my grandson never set foot out of the house again, until he's middle aged, but of course I know that can't be and wouldn't be for his highest good.

May all who are touched by this tragedy find comfort and peace, somehow, for the highest good of all concerned.

i heard on the radio news that the shooter's english professor
was so troubled by the violence in the fellow's writings that he
had recommended him for counselling.

The ballistics tests show that the same weapon had been used
in the early morning shooting in a dormitory and in classrooms
later in the day. The police are questioning another individual
who they call a "person of interest"

i hope those who were involved -- the victims and their families
can find peace.
