In this case I may not even have the title right. I heard it on an LP sung by Paul Robeson 46 years ago.

The last time he asks the question 'you know who I am' The chorus sings "A mer ica".

I was thinking this song could use an update.

It's not just one song. It's a kind of oratorio, runs about 15-20 minutes and covers a lot of American history from a working class point of view.
