Last night I started a thread with what I thought was a provacative title--Bush pardons self, Cheney--and, I thought, a pretty good beginning. Within minutes I got a response which I quickly answered. That accounts for three of the total of eight responses the thread has received so far. Number eight was also from me.

So I figure it's not the discussion I started, it must be that under its original name it's perceived as just another dumb, boring Bush hater's screed. Well, of course it is--but I think you might find it a bit different. Give it a try.

Sometimes it's hard to add much to a thread with a witty, creative opening post. It's a finished product. There's not really anything else to say. It doesn't mean people haven't read it, just that a response won't add anything.

(At least that's the lie I tell myself when the same thing happens to me.)
