Hopefully, I will still be able to have the op, though the doc is not sure if they will, but at least the rest of me is OK! From: Hawker Date: 11 Dec 07 - 07:54 AM Hi Sue, The Op has been re-scheduled for Thursday 20th December I had the pre op check and ecg on Friday and they seem OK to go ahead.......... unless my bed is needed! I have to be in Barnstaple hospital by 0800 that morning and though they couldn't give me the exact time of my op, they say I should be able to go home by about 2pm! They also couldn't tell me whether it would be a keyhole or a big cut, as she said they didn't know until they got in there how much they would need to take out - I suggested a couple of stone would suit me fine, but they didn't seem to appreciate my humour!
