Wonder how effective it is in selling the book. My guess is that it's so obviously fake that it really won't help book sales that much--any possible buyer is probably not going to be swayed by this. Of course if one of the girls had managed to pull a bikini top off, I'm sure sales of the book would have gone through the roof.
