Thanks, folks! I think it is a neat idea, too. Here's what I added as a personal message. Do I think he will read it? No, but it feels good to say it, anyway. Somewhere it will all get documented and be a part of this remarkable history:

Goatfell, your worry will do nothing but generate negative energy. Please bless him, surround him with a blanket of "Light/protection" or whatever you might believe in that is positive. Plus, give the South credit for changing! It is wrong to think the South had a monopoly on hate crimes.

And that is all I am going to say on that. I would prefer this thread NOT become a debate on such things. You can start a different thread for such.

I just signed, and then I sent a few pictures; I'll probably never know whether they actually get posted, but what the hell. I sent a couple of photos plus a drawing/cartoon of my alter ego, Poppa Gator.

I wasn't able to find what "AVAAZ" stands for. I supposed I could have looked harder and longer, but gave up trying.
