I let him look at the video. He saw about 30 seconds and said "Oh, that" and walked away. (Not sure he remembers what all that's about.. poor old sod. I am sure I have a spotted dick recipe will have a look.

I am going to try baking bread this time I tried it in my garden the other night but it went quite wrong the oven caught alight and because there was no vent the tin went Bang and the lid flew off.
Not for the 1st time that has happened
It buckled the tin and I had to sling it away. Thats steam baking out the window.I have to bake it instead.

I will cook a large Roast Beef on the Thursday the same way I cooked the Lamb back in June. I know we do not have a septmber dinner but maybe once cooked I can curry it with some rice or maybe even do a proper roast dinner with all the Veg and Roast Potatoes.

How do you make a spotty dick. Dont be crude "Please"
