Was it really seven years ago that the Evil Sisterhood voted down 50s bridesmaid dresses from the Goodwill because we weren't sure how Jacqui would take it? Has it only been seven years since the Captain was torn from the ranks of single Mudmen by that conniving Brit? Do I really have ONLY seven years of crap in my house? Hard to believe.
But Happy Anniversary to my favorite couple. May you live and love forever.

Boy, Kendall, are you in luck!

According to one list the Seventh Anniversary is the Copper Anniversary. This means Jacqui has to re-wire and re-plumb the house! I hope you have as good of a time watching her work as she will have working.

Actually, it's FIVE years today, which is the wood anniversary.

I got taken to breakfast at Friendlys - our one does a good omelette - and I've just captured a few lobster for dinner tonight.

I like the idea of a Mudcat bash for our 25th - we'd have to work out which nursing home was going to get the honour.

We both said a thank you to the man who performed our wedding service, our lovely Sandy Paton.

We just finished two large lobsters each and are now sitting in our office chairs at our respective computers.

Kendall's not a lover of champagne so we didn't worry about that.

It's been a good day.
