I made a special effort to look at my digital watch at 12:34:56 on 7/8/90...... nothing happened.

HOWEVER... my very first digital watch was one with a red LED display..... you pushed once to see the time and twice to see the date.

I was helping a friend with a project one day and checked my watch, and thought there was something wrong because it said 11:11...and when I double clicked, it said 11:11...... I had unknowingly tried AT 11:11 on 11/11... in 1977, but that didn't show. Then, for several years afterward, I seemed to often look at digital clocks at 11:11...AM & PM.

It really got spooky! The phenomenon finally ended a few years ago... I will not speculate on what it all meant.
