This letter and communication is seemingly authentic. I advise you on behalf of the Dept of Treasure Washington Dc United States of America to move quickly to prevent further evaporation of your very substantial fund account. These dollars are subject to theft by various agents if you are napping. UN council is also very concerned if you are sluggish to respond.

Send him back a letter that says you put a curse on him for the evil he did trying to steal money unless he immediately sends 10,000 US dollars to (give some UN charity). From what I heard on TV the guy will spend his last dollar trying to get it removed ..
