My ninety one year old father was taken into hospital on Monday with heart problems, we were amazed that the consultant recommended a pace maker! He had the operation last night and so far, fingers crossed, is doing well.Looking to the power of the Mudcat for healing thoughts please!

Thanks, he was in high spirits when I went to see him last evening, still in hospital but they are working on his mobility.

your healing thoughts have worked wonders, he is coming home today and we are calling the bionic man! He has rosy cheeks for the first time in ages and can walk quite quickly with no running out of puff!

Thanks everyone, he has a bit of a cough today but his GP is coming to check him out ! the good news is that at last, he has agreed to have carers in each day, two hours in the morning to help with showering and cooking breakfast, an hour at five to cook dinner and another at nine fortyfive to help them get ready for bed.It is such a relief as mum has memory problems and I have been trying to persuade them to have help for the past year! Onward and upward!
