Liam's Brother, Dan Milner, is playing a house concert Friday at 8 p.m. at Bill Wagman's house, 1350 Monarch Lane in Davis. To get there from the Bay Area on I-80, go past Davis to the last exit, Mace Blvd., exit and turn left on Mace to go across the freeway. Mace after a while becomes Covell St.(?) which you follow to the first stoplight, Alhambra, where you turn left, then after two blocks turn right on Loyola two blocks to Monarch, where you'll turn right to 1350. Admission is $10. Since it's a house concert, space is limited--so call Bill Wagman at [phone] to make reservations.

And if you can't make Dan's concert in Davis on Friday or in San Francisco at the Maritime Museum on Saturday, he's doing a house concert at my home outside Sacramento at 7:30 on this coming Sunday, Sept 12, 1999. Hmmmm. Now it's 2002, and Dan will be at Bill Wagman's house tonight at 8 PM. Will any other Mudcatters be there? I don't know where else Dan & Bob will be on this tour. I couldn't find anything on their Website (click).

Hey, no, MMario, what's wacky about what I said? Dan and Bob will be in my bailiwick (Davis - an hour from me) tonight. Time, price, and location same as in 1999.
I imagine they'll be in the San Francisco Bay area tomorrow, but don't know where. Betcha it has something to do with Chanteyranger.
Ah, yes, here 'tis - Friday the 13th in San Fancisco.

that is only a cople of hours from me up here on
the other side of Orkville...i ;mean oroville..
that house concert sounds like a great event...
I will be celebrating Santa Lucia day in Paradise
with a bunch of swedes//so won't be able to make
it...i work with the Chico area Butte Folk Music Society
and we have had many house concerts lately-
on Sun. the 15th we will be presenting the
bluegrass band Long, Lonesome Road at Moxie's
in downtown chico...hope i get to meet the other
cats in the north state soon...and let it be known
that Chico is a great stopping off place between
the Bay area and Portland if any travellinig musicians
are heading past near I-5.....

Hi, Open Mike. I wish I had known of the Butte Folk Music Society when I worked Chico. I did get to hear the Berrymans in a house concert there once. I'm up in Colfax, and DADGBE and sometime Mudcatter Dick Holdstock are in Davis. Lots of Mudcatters in the San Francisco area.
Mark, I'll see Dick & Carol Holdstock at Camp Harmony at the end of the month and say hello for you. Yes, they were at tonight's concert.

Dan and Bob did a great job, and we really enjoyed the concert.
