Yep Beer, I got about half a dozen Skype ids - and there has been a thread on Skype 'music sessions' like used to be on Paypal.

... sitting near any intersection in a residential (or other areas), and photographing/video taping every driver that treats a stop sign as a "suggestion" if at all, as well as those that turn on red lights when they're not already out in the intersection.

I swear in my subdivision alone, a cop could do his monthly quota of tickets, fines, and points in an afternoon. Since they don't have the resources, I could set up a company, hire the people, equip them with the right surveillance tools, and split the proceeds with the city. Make a fortune!!!!

It's been done. Called TiVo or DVR, about 5$ per month extra in almots all of North America and I imagine the rest of the world with digital cable. Watch what you want when you want. Skip the ads.

Not only are the inventors making the big bucks, but the cable companies have a huge new revenue stream.
