Buffalo does that every time. I actually did not expect them to win at any point in the game. The fans around us just talked about ho shitty they are.
I watched Mario Williams all day and he didn't seem to want to be bothered to break a sweat. He didn't seem to have any urgency at all. He barely ran, and a 70 year old lady could have blocked him.

Strange game on Monday night, but then I was at a similar Rugby match on Sunday - Cardiff had the game practically won at half time, then didn't score another try and lost. Sound familiar?

However, today is another Sunday and I can't stay away... especially because I am watching Yankee football on one TV and football on the other TV... ManU and Liverpool... ManU and Liverpool!!! Don't get no better that that!

Really good question. The Bears are better than last year. The Pack have yet to show that they are as good. In their last two games that have counted, (Giants, 49ers ) they have shown to be vulnerable to a decent defense.

The way I see it Denver is on an upswing and Pittsburgh is getting older. But the Steelers veterans do have a few years left. They will compete!

Ben played his heart out and so did Troy P,
But Payton had more to prove.
Pittsburgh played a great game and look as good as they ever had.
I foresee you being happy with them in February.

What a game last night. Talk about down to the wire. You can see what effect Troy Paulamalo has , anytime he looked unguarded Payton wouldn't call the snap.
That was a battle of two giants.

Well, don't forget that you can pick fly shit offa pepper with a big enough magnifying glass. That there TV replay and the slo-mo replay can make anyone wrong... or right. Far as I see (only 2.5 games) they ain't doin any worse ta speak of. Not that that matters, of course. A bad call is a bad call.

GO PATS!

Oh, yeah, Raptor... bury the hatchet and not talk (trash) about anything else than football? Of course, if you don't wanna, I'll just fuck off.

I feel bad about my rants above. Not that I don't stand by what I said but that my posts were "not required" and were... oh... just stunned as me arse.

Jets or bills?
I feel the same about the bounties as well the point of the D line is to hit the Ofence as hard as possible .
They all do it.

I think the fundamentals of the team he is on is probably better than the Colts. He is moving to a much weaker division. IF he stays healthy, I think he will look very very good.

gilly, I think most, if not all, teams are intentionally trying to knock opponents out of games. Except for how it makes the league look, I think the "bounties" don't make one millimeter of difference. In fact I think Vilma would have played every bit as aggressively without the bounties. What are the punishing him for? Being in a room when audio was being recorded? NFL ownership are being hypocrites as usual.

Reasonable doubt.

20 year old drunk girl voluntarily alone in a bathroom with a 6'7" football star, some time later accuses him of "assult" not rape.

With those circumstances and nothing more than "He said, she said." I could not with any degree of integrity call him a rapist. Your mileage may vary.

Sandusky was convicted and his conduct was witnessed by a third party. His conduct was also unambiguously statutory rape.

On the other had, you have a girl, a legal adult, old enough to consent putting herself in extremely compromising circumstances.

You are hardly comparing apples to apples.

Ben was punished by the league for misconduct. Rightfully so. It is clear to me to that there was NO chance of him being convicted in a fair trial. He has since married and is behaving himself.

I respectfully suggest that you find something else to piss and moan about.

Yeah, that's the difference between the college refs and the pros... The college refs ain't up to speed... The NFL rule book is over 100 pages long, too, so they ain't up to speed on the rules... If you've seen some of the low-light of the pre-season you'll plainly see that these guys (one gal) are clearly not up to speed...

This is a disgustingly arrogant display of Republican goonery on the part of the league and owners... For the price of one stenking backup linebacker the league could end this... This ain't about money... It's about arrogance and thuggery...

I did not call you a pervert I will call you illiterate You Can't read. What was said was " pervert fans aside" that was refurring to any fans of the pervert..
Lighten up!
And call me what you want I don't care what you think.
This thread was about football till you started with the slander about me with the comment about weather I respect anyone's opinion here.
Retread this whole thread. The only comment directed directly at you was that you should try yoga and later I inferred that you might want to look up the word hypocrite.
I do in this post mention that you can't read and I substantiate that hypothesis with the fact that you keep crying that I called you a perverts.
Stop making threats. Stop getting all upset. Stop accusing me of calling you names and then calling me asshole, nasty prick or whatever you fell like.
JUST STOP.
I really think you might be helped with counseling. You are very angry.
Please leave it alone.
I'm sorry I picked on the pervert Ben Rothlissburger. Does that help?
Can you get over it?

And then you put more words in my mouth about Ben?

Yeah, I will take you the full twelve rounds and that is not a threat... it's a fuckin promise.

Talk football and stop the slander and libel, especially about ME... ME!!! I take that personal and so do the courts. This might be international cyberspace but you and I are in the same country... careful what you say.

What does going the full twelve rounds mean?
I'm not sure I get that threat!
You might never have defended a CONVICTED sex offender but you attack on me for believing the several reports of Big Bens misconduct that are well documented is more than disturbing.
You don't have to agree with my interpretation of the many different accounts of B.B's mistreatment of women but the way you seem upset that anyone says anything about him is "slander and libel" if it doesn't jive with your interpretation is what I was talking about.
As the commercial on the NFL network says it is never OK to be violent to a woman.
I have disgust for anyone that does or anyone who defends it.
So take your own advise and FUCK OFF!
You are a very angry boy, Try yoga.
