I think I'd better close down signups. I have a very full Christmas.

I've sent my spreadsheets to the volunteers who will produce the printed schedules every day at camp. All future workshop signups can be done at camp, and will be recorded and printed by the vounteers. See y'all at camp.

The camp committee arrived here at camp last night, and all is well. Sure is cold here - so come prepared. It was about 30 degrees last night, and the heater in my cabin wasn't working (fixed now). Good thing I had an electric blanket. By the way, Wifi service is much better than it was last year, so you can stay connected. Still not very good cel phone service, though.
See you here!

Subject: Final Friday Schedule - Camp New Harmony
From: Joe Offer
Date: 28 Dec 12 - 03:46 PM

We're having printer problems at camp and haven't been able to print enough copies of the schedules. Since many people have been using the schedule posted at Mudcat, I thought I'd post daily updates during camp. I hope this works. This started as a Google doc, transferred to Excel, and now it's back to Google Docs so I can use my Chromebook. Wish me luck.

Subject: RE: 2012 Camp New Harmony - SF Folk Music Club
From: Joe Offer

Can anybody suggest easy ways to print the schedules I've posted above? I want one day's schedule to fit on a single piece of paper. I had no luck with Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, and Safari. I did a pretty good job with Firefox, which has a "shrink" function on its print menu, but only on printing full pages. The "printer friendly" option on Mudcat messages includes a header that I don't need.

The Firefox solution is the best so far. Any other ideas?

The camp went very well this year, by the way.

In lieu of 'the purple notebook' we now have an e-mail address where campers' comments and concerns can be registered. The committee welcomes your suggestions and observations. The e-mail address is: [campnewharmony@gmail.com]
