...for a few days; we fly to Maui Wednesday morning. (15th) We head for a motel near the airport by tomorrow evening, and will return home on the 26th. Doesn't look like it makes sense to drag the laptop, so I may be in withdrawl in the evenings after beach and hiking hours. I may get a chance to peek in here a little tomorrow, but that will be it for now.

       Ever heard of "Little Mckenna Beach, Maui? : )

Well, yeah, so am I. Tomorrow I fly to Chicago and then go on to family stuff and then a week or so of vacation before coming back on the 29th.

I, however, will have a netbook with me (and so will my wife -- his and her netbooks now).

Lots to see on Maui, especially over to Hana. Haleakula too. Lots of good hikes possible, if you are into that.

Great minds think alike, Q; Hana and Haleakula are both on the intinerary, as are hikes in several locales.

I just finished taking a few photos as requested by a local women's group, all but the last minute stuff is in the car...the beaches are calling out to me.

Nahhhh... that's the Maui-Wowie he be smokin while he was in LaLa Land. I smoked some a that stuff about 35 years ago (in Labrador!) and I still have fond memories of it. I thinks I does anyway.
